Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing subcontractor schedules, conduct quality inspections, coordinate materials delivery, and complete hands-on construction tasks as needed;
- As an employee demonstrates their abilities, able to work independently from a list of assigned tasks;
- Other duties as assigned including potential sheetrock repair, trim, and paint touchup.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience required;
- Handyman experience a plus;
- Self-motivator capable of staying focused on tasks;
- Skilled in time management, following directions, and good communicator;
- Able to lift 25+ pounds;
- Enjoys working in a variety of weather conditions;
- Valid Drivers license.
