We have brought no-step entry homes to Harbor Isle with the added options of a full basement and an elevator.  Our models have been enthusiastically received as we entered our market in Harbor Isle. We are looking for an enthused professional to assist us as our business expands and in facilitating administrative assistant duties to the builder.

Provide essential support to the construction management team.  Duties include managing schedules, tracking client selections, accurately handling construction change orders, participating in and documenting client meetings.  Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Document Management: Reviewing and managing vendor documents, ensuring they are submitted to the correct job.
  • Schedule Management:  Tracking construction schedules and deadlines.
  • Financial Management:  Assisting with tracking invoices, job costs, change orders, and other financial aspects.
  • Communication:  Preparing reports, managing correspondence, taking meeting minutes, working well with the team.
  • Customer Service:  Interacting with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often requiring strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • General Administrative Support: Managing phone calls, emails, and other duties as assigned.
