Seeking full-time but would consider part-time candidates to help our team deliver high-quality custom homes. Brad Bachman Homes, Inc. is an established builder and developer for 44 years in Wichita, Kansas.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing subcontractor schedules, conduct quality inspections, coordinate materials delivery, and complete hands-on construction tasks as needed;
As an employee demonstrates their abilities, able to work independently from a list of assigned tasks;
Other duties as assigned including potential sheetrock repair, trim, and paint touchup.

Qualifications:

Construction experience required;
Handyman experience a plus;
Self-motivator capable of staying focused on tasks;
Skilled in time management, following directions, and good communicator;
Able to lift 25+ pounds;
Enjoys working in a variety of weather conditions;
Valid Drivers license.
